Under the weight of systemic violence and oppression, the ability to play, to grieve, to laugh, and to cry are all radical acts of resistance.

It is my hope as a therapist to build a foundational relationship with my clients as they navigate the dance between their internal and external worlds. My approach encourages clients to bring their full selves to the work through curiosity, memory/dream work, expressive arts, play therapy, storytelling, and genuine connection.

Liberation, in all its forms, is at the core of my work; I center the client’s agency and self-exploration above all else.

Approach

My work is centered around principles from relational psychoanalysis and liberation psychology.

The combination of these principles often looks like the interweaving of uncovering unconscious patterns, mapping out your inner world, and

I work predominantly with

  • trans & gender expansive folks,
  • children & adolescents,
  • and queer couples & families.

I specialize in

  • complex trauma,
  • identity formation,
  • meaning-making,
  • gender and sexual exploration,
  • body liberation,
  • generational healing,
  • neurodivergence and attachment.

My clients often hold multiple marginalized identities.

I love being a therapist because I get to collaborate with incredible people in building a better world for themselves and their community. Outside of therapy, I love to be outdoors, cover everything I own in art, and hang out with my cats. About

Clinical Background

I have been in the social work field since 2020, where I worked in Pittsburgh supporting low-income high school seniors in transitioning from high school to the adult world. Through this work, I began to experience the importance of a healing and positive relationship in reaching life goals.
